Membership & Acceptance of Terms
The Connection Overview
Joining The Connection allows Members to earn Points on purchases made in the U.S. through the Site. Members may also earn points by participating in certain special activities announced by Connected Apparel from time to time. Points will be earned on all purchases and are redeemable for rewards during each Member’s eligible window (as defined under Redeeming Points section).
The Connection is open to U.S. residents at least 18 year of age within the 50 United States and District of Columbia. It is free to join (no initial purchase is required to do so). Membership is limited to individuals only and is limited to one account per individual. Membership will not be available to corporations, businesses, charities, partnerships, enterprises or anyone other than an individual, unless written approval is received in advance from Connected Apparel, in its sole discretion.
Individuals can enroll by creating an account on the Site. Member must provide complete and accurate enrollment information. Connected Apparel reserves the right to refuse membership to any customer who does not follow the enrollment procedures. Members should promptly advise Connected Apparel of any changes to their personal account, contact information such as name, address, telephone number(s) and/or email address by logging into their account and updating their Member information.
The Connection Communications
Unless Member has opted out of receiving marketing communications, Connected Apparel will communicate with Members about marketing via mail, email or other channels, including special Member promotions, offers and more. Connected Apparel will also use these channels to communicate Member status, notify Member when they are eligible for a benefit, communicate changes to The Connection and more. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional communications, Connected Apparel may continue to send you non-marketing or non-promotion emails, such as those about your account or the status of our ongoing business relations.
Identification at Transaction
Members must identify themselves through their email address to receive perks and privileges on Eligible Purchases (as defined below) made on the Site. Member must sign into their online account before checkout to receive points and/or rewards.
Purchases of merchandise after promotional offers have been applied, before taxes and shipping charges have been applied, made on the Site in the United States, count toward your earned points. The amount of a purchase made with The Connection rewards as method of payment will not be applied to your point earnings. Additional items may be excluded from point and reward accumulations at the sole discretion of Connected Apparel. Such exclusions include but are not limited to products sold on the site under another brand name. Should your shopping bag include items of varying eligibility, those ineligible items will be clearly marked in your shopping bag and on the product’s page.
Members will receive points on all eligible actions and purchases. Members can view their point balance by logging into their account. In addition to any other requirement and/or limitation that may be communicated to Members at the time points are offered, the following shall apply:
Sign Up Offer
- Members will be automatically given 200 points at time of sign up.
- Members must have a valid birthday on file with Member’s registration on The Connection account and be opted in to receive marketing communications. Birth date must be filled out 30 days prior to date to receive Birthday Gift. Member account must show purchase activity within prior 12 months. If the above is satisfied, Member will receive 200 points on their birthday each year. One reward per Member per calendar year.
- Member will receive two (2) points for every dollar ($1) spent on the Site.
Social Media Offer
- Member will receive 50 points each for following Connected Apparel on Instagram and Facebook.
- Member will receive 100 points for each product review left. An additional 100 points will be given when they share a photo along with the product review.
Points can be redeemed for rewards through a Member’s account and later applied to their purchase. Once logged in to their account, Member will be able to view redeemable rewards to apply to their purchase. To redeem rewards, Member must exchange points for the available reward of their choosing. Once a reward is redeemed in Member’s account, new point balance will reflect the total earned points minus the amount of points needed for Member’s selected reward. Once at checkout, Member will have the option to apply the redeemed reward to their purchase. Rewards cannot be applied to items marked Final Sale. In addition to any other requirement and/or limitation that may be communicated to Members at the time reward is redeemed, the following shall apply:
- Member can exchange points for a $5 reward toward purchase.
- Member can exchange points for a $10 reward toward purchase.
- Member can exchange points for a $15 reward toward purchase.
- Member can exchange points for a $20 reward toward purchase.
Member is also eligible for a $15 reward each time they refer a friend who has never made a purchase on the Site and who does not already have a registered account. Each referred friend will also receive $15 off their first purchase of $50 or more on the Site.
Members are eligible to redeem earned points in the aforementioned ways. Points can be redeemed for eligible items during a Member’s visit to The Site. Member’s point balance and/or redeemed rewards will not expire. Any unused reward points and/or redeemed points in a calendar year will roll over to the next year.
Members are not able to apply both a reward and discount promotional code to the same order. When redeeming a Reward, Members are given a unique code to use at checkout in the “promo code” field. Only one promotional code can be used per purchase. Therefore, during discount events on The Site, Members with redeemable rewards must choose whether to apply the discount promotional code The Site is offering at that time or to apply the promo code given to Members to redeem Rewards for their purchase.
Merchandise returns must be made in accordance with Connected Apparel’s return policy available at https://connectedapparel.com/pages/returns-exchanges. Upon the return of an item purchased with a reward, the amount Member spent after the applied reward, before taxes and shipping fees, minus return fee (if applicable), will be refunded. The reward used toward the original purchase will be added back to the Member’s account and can be used toward a future purchase. The reward used toward the original purchase will note be reissued.
Right to Revoke
The Connection points and rewards may not be transferred, purchased, sold, assigned, auctioned or traded, including, without limitation, by death or as part of a domestic relations matter. Doing so will void the Member account. Benefits have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.
Member is responsible and liable for any applicable federal, state or local income, sales, use or other taxes which may result from Member’s participation in The Connection.
Connected Apparel reserves the right to terminate The Connection loyalty program at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you will no longer be authorized to access your account and earn rewards. Notwithstanding termination of your account, the restrictions imposed on you with respect to the Site Content as well as the disclaimers, limitations of liabilities, arbitration and class-action waiver set forth in this agreement and Connected Apparel’s license to User Content, shall survive.

Governing Law And Venue
Limitation on Damages
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Connected Apparel is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other damages under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way, directly or indirectly, to Member’s participation in The Connection. This applies even if foreseeable or even if Connected Apparel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Member agrees any damages incurred or suffered from use of the Site, on account of Member’s purchases from the Site, or regarding Member’s membership and rewards are expressly limited to the amount spent by Member on merchandise purchased from the Site and/or the total value of rewards at issue (whichever is less).
All The Connection design, text, graphics, logos, images, titles, phrases and product names and the copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property in such materials (“collectively, “Company Intellectual Property”) are owned by Connected Apparel and may be registered in the United States and internationally. You are not granted any rights in and to Company Intellectual Property.
