EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For our US customers, if you're having second thoughts, need a different size or want something different, don't worry! You have 30 days from the delivery date to return it.
JUST 4 EASY STEPS
It's easy to submit a return or exchange! Simply make sure you're submitting within the 30 day window and that the item(s) is not marked as Final Sale. Please note that International Customers are not eligible for exchanges and are responsible for shipping costs.
1. LOOK UP YOUR ORDER
Have your order number and email ready so the return and exchanges portal can look up your information easily.
2. SELECT THE ITEM(S)
Make sure the items are unworn, unaltered and have the original tags attached. Note that items marked Final Sale and/or ending in $0.99 cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. DOWNLOAD YOUR LABEL
You have the option to either print a label at home or get a QR code to show to the shipping carrier for them to print the label for you. See below for costs associated with returns.
4. PACKAGE YOUR ITEM(S)
Use your original packaging if possible! Make sure to include the packing slip inside so we can expedite the return/exchange process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- We gladly accept returns or exchanges on full-priced and sale items (excluding masks and items marked "FINAL SALE").
- Returns must be made with 30 days from delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags attached and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.Â
- All garments are subject to inspection.Â
- Items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned using the provided prepaid label and with the request to be refunded to the original form of payment will incur an $8 return shipping and restocking fee. This will be deducted from the final refund amount. You can read more about this here.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are not able to provide you with a return shipping label for your international order. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Our return address will be given at the time you submit your return via our portal. See below for additional instructions.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is shipping free for returns and exchanges?
For US customers, exchange shipping is free. However, an $8 return shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from any returned orders that are requesting a refund back to the original payment method. As a small family-owned business, we unfortunately can't cover the costs of return shipping and restocking. If you opt to receive your refund as store credit, we will cover the $8 return shipping and restocking fee. This is our way of saying thank you for coming back to shop with us in the future!
For international customers, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. That means we’ll refund you the total amount you paid for your item(s. Please note that we are not able to refund shipping, duty and taxes that were paid on the original order.
How do I find my order number?
Your order number(s) can be found at the top right corner of your packing slip, in the subject line of your shipping confirmation email or in your Account.
Where do I go to make a return or exchange?
You can visit our returns and exchanges portal here. From there you can choose which items you'd like to return or exchange.
What is a mobile QR Code?
When you start your return and choose Return by QR Code, you’ll receive a mobile QR code via email. You’ll then show your QR code on your phone at the participating shipping partner, and they'll scan your code to print your prepaid shipping label.
HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?
You can track the status of your return via your return confirmation email or by plugging in your tracking number on the shipping carrier's website. You’ll receive an email when your return has been received and another when process and issue your refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns can take 5 to 10 business days to process, and refunds to your original form of payment can take up to 10 additional days.
