What is The Connection Rewards?
The Connection Rewards is our U.S. loyalty program where you can earn points by shopping on ConnectedApparel.com and turn them into Rewards to use towards your next purchase. It’s FREE to join! You’ll receive exclusive offers, rewards, early access to sales and much more. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to join.

How do I sign up for The Connection Rewards?
All you have to do is create an account on ConnectedApparel.com. As soon as you’ve signed up, you can start earning points with each purchase.
I already have a Connected Apparel account. Do I need to create a new one to join The Connection Rewards?
Nope! If you already have an account, that means you’ve already started earning points! To see your current points, rewards and benefits,sign into your account here.
I have two seperate accounts. How do I merge them?
If you’ve created separate accounts under different email addresses, we unfortunately cannot combine them. To earn points quickly, we recommend using a single account for every purchase.

How do I earn points?
There are multiple ways to earn points:Â
- Signing up for The Connection earns you 200 points.Â
- Every purchase made on ConnectedApparel.com earns you points. For every $1 you spend (excluding taxes and shipping), you receive 2 points. Make sure that you’re signed into your account before completing your order. Points may take up to 72 hours to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.
- Earn 200 points on your birthday! Not sure if you’ve shared your birth date with us? Sign in to your Connected Apparel account and go to The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of your screen. Click on “Ways to earn” and “Edit Date” next to “Celebrate a birthday” to either double check that your birth date is attached to your account or to input your birth date. Please keep in mind that you must enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points.Â
- Every review you post earns you 100 points and adding a photo to your review earns you an extra 100 points!
- Following CA on Instagram and liking CA on Facebook earns you 50 points each. Sign into your Connected Apparel account and confirm these actions through The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of the screen to qualify for these points.Â

How do I make sure my purchase counts toward my Connection Rewards points?
Make sure that you’re signed into your Connected Apparel account before completing your order. This allows us to track your points and add them to your account so you can start redeeming your points for Rewards. Please keep in mind that points may take up to 72 hours to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.
If you forgot to sign in before completing your purchase, contact us or reach out to our customer service team at hi@connectedapparel.com to let us know and we’ll make it right!
Where can I see my points, rewards and benefits?
You can view your current point balance, rewards and benefits by signing in to your Connected Apparel account and navigating to The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of the screen.
There are several ways to sign in. Either visit the My Account page, click on the person icon at the top of your screen, or click here. You’ll need your email address and your password to sign in.
I forgot to sign in. Can I register my points after my purchase?
Not to worry! We can help with that! Contact us or reach out to our customer service team at hi@connectedapparel.com with your order number and we can ensure your points are added to your account.
