What is The Connection?

The Connection is our U.S. loyalty program where you can earn points by shopping on ConnectedApparel.com and turn them into Rewards to use towards your next purchase. It’s FREE to join! You’ll receive exclusive offers, rewards, early access to sales and much more. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to join.

How do I sign up for The Connection?

I already have a Connected Apparel account. Do I need to create a new one to join The Connection? 

Nope! If you already have an account, that means you’ve already started earning points! To see your current points, rewards and benefits, sign into your account here.

I have two separate accounts. How do I merge them?

If you’ve created separate accounts under different email addresses, we unfortunately cannot combine them. To earn points quickly, we recommend using a single account for every purchase.

How do I earn points?

There are multiple ways to earn points: 

  • Signing up for The Connection earns you 200 points. 

  • Every purchase made on ConnectedApparel.com earns you points. For every $1 you spend (excluding taxes and shipping), you receive 2 points. Make sure that you’re signed into your account before completing your order. Points may take up to 72 hours to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.

  • Earn 200 points on your birthday! Not sure if you’ve shared your birth date with us? Sign in to your Connected Apparel account and go to The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of your screen. Click on “Ways to earn” and “Edit Date” next to “Celebrate a birthday” to either double check that your birth date is attached to your account or to input your birth date. Please keep in mind that you must enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points. 

  • Every review you post earns you 100 points and adding a photo to your review earns you an extra 100 points!

How do I enter my birth date so I can get the birthday points? 

Sign into your Connected Apparel account and enter your birthday date through The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of the screen. Click on “Ways to earn” and “Edit Date” next to “Celebrate a birthday” to input your birth date. Please keep in mind that you must enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points. 

Where do I see my points, rewards and benefits?

You can view your current point balance, rewards and benefits by signing in to your Connected Apparel account and navigating to The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of the screen.


There are several ways to sign in. Either visit the My Account page, click on the person icon at the top of your screen, or click here. You’ll need your email address and your password to sign in.

How many points do I get per purchase?

Every purchase made on ConnectedApparel.com earns you points. For every $1 you spend (excluding taxes and shipping), you receive 2 points. Make sure that you’re signed into your account before completing your order. Please keep in mind that points may take up to 72 hours to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.

How do I make sure my purchases count for The Connection points?

Make sure that you’re signed into your Connected Apparel account before completing your order. This allows us to track your points and add them to your account so you can start redeeming your points for Rewards. Please keep in mind that points may take up to 72 hours to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.


If you forgot to sign in before completing your purchase, contact us or reach out to our customer service team at hi@connectedapparel.com to let us know and we’ll make it right!

I forgot to sign in. Can I register points after a purchase?

Not to worry! We can help with that! Contact us or reach out to our customer service team at hi@connectedapparel.com with your order number and we can ensure your points are added to your account.

How long does it take for my points to show up?

Points can take up to 72 hours to process before they're displayed in your account. Sign into your account to check your points status here.

How long are my points valid for?

Your points never expire! So if you haven’t redeemed all your points in a calendar year, not to worry. They will roll over to the next year! Sign into your account to check your points status here.

How do I turn my points into Rewards? 

Sign in to your Connected Apparel account and navigate to The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand corner of the screen. Your available points and Rewards are shown in the rewards portal.


To turn your points into Rewards, click “View” next to the available Reward in the rewards portal. Next, click “Redeem” to redeem your points for a Reward. You will be given a unique promo code to use on your next Connected Apparel purchase. To use your Reward, apply the promo code at checkout.


Please note the limitations of the Reward as outlined upon redemption. Rewards do not expire and are connected to your email address. Make sure you’re signed into your Connected Apparel account to use your Reward. 

How do I use my Rewards?

Sign in to your Connected Apparel account and navigate to The Connection rewards portal on the lower left hand of the screen. Your available points and Rewards are shown in the rewards portal.


Once you have redeemed your points for a Reward, you will be given a unique promo code to use at checkout. Please note that this promo code is tied to the email address used for your Connected Apparel account and can only be used once.


When you’re ready to complete your purchase, make sure that you’re signed in to your account. Then, at checkout, simply apply your unique promo code to redeem your Reward.


If you have multiple items in your bag and you are redeeming a Reward, the Reward will be spread based on the amount of each item excluding Final Sale items and face masks, not the total amount for the order. 


For example: If you order two items at $35 and $80, a $5 Reward would apply $1.53 to the $35 item and $3.47 to the $80 item.


This ensures that if you return one of the items, you are refunded for the new amount you paid for each item.


Whoops, I didn’t mean to redeem my points! Can I get them back?

No worries, we understand mistakes happen and we’re here to help! Contact us or reach out to our customer service team at hi@connectedapparel.com to let us know and we’ll be happy to refund your points for you!

Can I use two Rewards for one transaction? 

No, only one Reward can be applied to a transaction at one time. 

Can I combine a discount promo code and a Reward for one transaction? 

No, only one promo code can be applied to an order. That means you will have to choose whether to use a discount promo code that is being offered during a promotion event on ConnectedApparel.com or to use the promo code you’re given to redeem a Reward. 

Will I get my Reward back if I return my order?

Rewards will NOT be reissued if you make a return or exchange. 


The Reward amount is spread across each item in your purchase based on the dollar amount of the item excluding Final Sale items and face masks, so if you return one or several items, you will be given a refund for the amount you paid for each item. 


For example: If you order two items at $35 and $80, a $5 Reward would apply $1.53 to the $35 item and $3.47 to the $80 item. If you return the $35 item, you will be refunded $33.47 (plus tax if applicable).

How do I sign into my account?

There are several ways to sign in. Either visit the My Account page, click on the person icon at the top of your screen, or click here. You’ll need your email address and your password to sign in.

I forgot my password. What do I do now?

No problem! Just click the “Forgot password?” link on the My Account page. Enter your e-mail address. Then check your email for the automatically generated message with a link to reset your password.

I don't live in the United States. Can I still sign up?

At the moment, The Connection is only open to U.S. residents. We hope to expand internationally soon! Make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you can be among the first to know when we expand. You can sign up here.
