What is The Connection?
How do I sign up for The Connection?
All you have to do is create an account online. As soon as you're in, you can start earning points. Sign up here.
I already have a Connected Apparel account. Do I need to create a new one to join The Connection?
That means you’ve already started earning points! To see your current points, rewards and benefits, log into your account here.
I have two separate accounts. How do I merge them?
If you’ve created separate accounts under different email addresses, we unfortunately cannot combine them. To earn points quickly, we recommend using a single account for every purchase. If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at email@example.com.
How do I earn points?
All purchases made on ConnectedApparel.com are rewarded with points. Make sure that you’re logged into your account before completing your checkout. Points may take up to 72 hours to be added to your account after a purchase has been made.
You will receive 2 points for every $1 spent. Make sure that you’re logged into your account so that we can track your purchases and give you all the points you deserve! Please note that points are calculated before taxes and shipping charges (if any) are applied.
Where do I see my points, rewards and benefits?
You can view your current point balance, rewards and benefits by logging in to your account. There are several ways to log in. Either visit the My Account page, click on the person icon at the top of your screen, or click here.
How do I make sure my purchases count for The Connection points?
Make sure that you’re logged into your account before completing your checkout. This allows us to track your points and add them to your account so you can start redeeming rewards.
Not to worry! Our customer service team can help with that. Please email them at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and they can ensure your points are added to your account.
Points can take up to 72 hours to process before they're displayed in your account.
Your points are valid for 12 months from the day your membership starts. Your membership starts the day you sign up for an account. Your points will be reset at the start of each new membership year.
Once you're logged into your account, you will be able to see how many points you've earned and what rewards you can redeem. Simply select the reward you want to use at checkout. To learn how to apply your Reward to your purchase, refer to "How do I use my Rewards?" question below.
Once you’re ready to complete your purchase, make sure that you’re logged into your account. Then, at checkout, simply check the box next to your available reward to apply it. If you have multiple items in your bag and you are redeeming a cash reward, the reward will be spread evenly across each item, not the total amount. This ensures that if you return one of the items, you are refunded for the new amount you paid for each item.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to reissue your points if you make a return.

I don't live in the United States. Can I still sign up?
At the moment, The Connection is only open to U.S. residents. We hope to expand internationally soon! Make sure to sign up for our newsletter so you can be among the first to know when we expand.
